Microsoft OfficeLabs have released Email Prioritizer for Outlook 2007 (running on Exchange Server). This free add-in provides a “do not disturb” button that temporarily pauses new email arrival and prioritises messages with a star rating system.

Microsoft OfficeLabs have released pptPlex for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, a free add-in that allows you to show slides on a zoomable canvas, moving around the extended area to show groups of slides, individual slides or zoom in to display a particular section of a slide.

As Secondary Technical Forum regulars know, here at Schools ICT we”ve been using Microsoft OneNote 2007 for some time. We find it an invaluable tool for sharing meeting notes, not only with attendees but anyone else in the Unit who wishes to know what we”ve been discussing.
I spotted the following video clip on the Microsoft UK Schools News Blog and thought I”d share it with you. It demonstrates how OneNote 2007 is used in a Norwegian primary school. Notice how relaxed both the students and teacher are with the technology.
